We want to make life easier for you, so we accept payments by phone, by bank transfer, by card, by cheque, in cash or by using this online payments page.
We know that even at our exceptionally low price this is a lot of money for some people – if payment is going to be difficult you can talk to us about it.
Some people are entitled to grants if they are the next of kin and don’t have enough money. Just tell us if you are going to need help to find financial support.
Please ensure you always tell us the name and date of birth of the deceased as a reference for any payments.
If you need to use money from the bank account of a deceased person this is normal for funerals. We can advise you about the process by phone or you can see our FAQ page.
If you are making a bank transfer from your account or from an estate the bank details will be on an invoice we send you or you can call us to request them.
*Some people use this page to make a donation to our charitable aims. If you tell us how much, if any, of your payment is a donation you can boost your donation by 25p of Gift Aid for every £1 you donate Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year. Saying “yes” in the gift aid box, you confirm that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax in the current tax year than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations it is your responsibility to pay any difference.
